Karla is a healer and facilitator dedicated to supporting people through life transitions and transformations. Her extensive training in Ka Huna massage, Lomi Lomi, counselling and facilitation enable a truly holistic and integrative approach to healing and wellbeing.
A gentle soul with a courageous heart, Karla guides people with love and presence, drawing from her life experiences to bring healing and balance on every level; mind, body, spirit and soul. She understands many walks of life after working as an Advanced Care Paramedic throughout rural and remote regions of Queensland.
Balanced and grounded Karla holds a safe and sacred space for deep transformation and healing. Karla is both an empath and a warrior, she feels the pain of others, but blazes the way for rapid growth and healing. She has witnessed many human traumas and tragedies in her past experiences as a paramedic and chooses to use these felt experiences to better understand and empathise with her clients, or as she prefers to say, her people.
Kala in the Hawaiian philosophy means: there are no limits, be free. It is this secret of the ancient Ka Hunas that Karla wishes to pass on through her daily practice.

Testimony
Karla has a truly sacred gift. Experiencing her massage took me on a journey which was both deeply embodied and powerfully other worldly. The way she held and danced around my body made me feel so safe and supported like I had stepped back into the arms of my mother, back to the womb. She creates a safe, nurturing, and honouring space for deep healing to occur supported by beautiful music and incredible sounding. Thank you so much for the oppotunity to come home to myself Karla! I was deeply moved and healed by our session together and highly recommend this medicine woman's healing hands.
